2-bedroom cottage (bungalow) is situated on an
exclusive private development, around the
Noordhoek Lakes and is the holiday home of the
owner.
Noordhoek
with its unspoilt rural appeal is only 35
minutes from the heart of Cape Town and is a
wonderful holiday destination.
Attractions
on it’s doorstep include; birdwatching, horse
riding, whale watching, fishing, golf, pristine
beaches, the Cape Point Nature Reserve, The
Noordhoek Art Route, the Penguin colony at
Boulders Beach, Longbeach mall and cinemas and
much more.
A little
further a field visitors can enjoy some of South
Africa’s top wine estates, the vibrant V & A
waterfront, Table Mountain, The Kirstenbosch
Gardens and many beautiful towns.

Little Swan is beautifully placed for getting the best out of a visit to the Cape Town area. Situated on a safe and exclusive private gated development, with 24 hour security, around the Noordhoek lakes 35 minutes south of Cape Town. The naturalness of the lake has been carefully preserved and it hosts a wide variety of water and other birds.
A couple of minutes from Lake Michelle is Long Beach Mall with it's shops, Supermarket, Banks, Post Office, Chemists, Cafe's and multi-Cinema Complex and more.
Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, (don't miss their concerts) Rondevelei, Boulders Beach Penguin colony and the magnificent Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve are a short drive away. The Waterfront and Table Mountain are a must.
Wine lovers will be pleased to know that one of the Cape's top wine areas, Constantia, is only 20 minutes drive away. For great food and wines visit Klein Constantia and Buitenverwachting amongst others.
Little Swan makes a great centre for exploring Cape Town and its beautiful surroundings, whatever your interests.
The Bungalow is the owners own holiday home and is maintained to a high standard. It has two double bedrooms: One with a double bed the other twin bedded rooms has an en-suite shower room. There is a separate bathroom.
There is plenty of Kitchen equipment, china, glasses and picnic ware.
The Patio has a table and chairs and a BBQ (Braai)
The lounge has Satellite Television with DVD player and CD player.
All linen is provided as are bath and beach towels.
There is a telephone but for incoming calls and messages only.
A car is essential.
Kathy Fish, who has a Guest house near Noordhoek Farm Village, looks after Little Swan in the absence of the owner and is on hand to help or answer any queries.
